1. Go To Aweber and Login

https://www.aweber.com/users/account/login

2. Click on Web Forms at the top of the page (2nd button from
the right)

3. Scroll down & click create web form

4. Select a template that you like

5. Click load template

6. Where it says Type In-line – Click on In-line and change to Lightbox

7. Click on the Advance tab to the right after you have selected Lightbox

8. Click on the display option and choose the one right for you. I
selected fade in

9. Click the button beside Recurrence: to select your preference

10. Edit the delay time for the form to display. I selected 20 seconds on
mine to give my site plenty of time to display

11. Click to edit header text (enter your desired header text)

12. Click ok

13. Scroll down and click save web form

14. Scroll down and click Go To step 2

15. Give your form a name – won’t be seen on your blog

16. Thank you page – I selected for mine to stay on the current page
