The world today is filled with uncertainty especially when it comes to providing for your family, and everywhere you look for a job you will find there are very few equal employment opportunities.

Equal Employment Opportunities Doesn't Mean The Best for The Job

It doesn’t matter what your education level is if you are searching for work you are finding it difficult to find a job, and if you were recently laid off its almost impossible to find a job that will pay you what you was making. I lost my job as a Team Leader at Green Tokai plant in Maysville Kentucky due to downsizing, after the economy started going south and I can truly understand the hardship and the things that are going through your mind.

As someone that has always believed in doing a good job and not calling out sick every time I didn’t feel like going to work (in fact I hadn’t missed a day of work in two plus years), it was frustrating to have lost my job when there was those who were far less deserving to have the same job. Some of my fellow team Leaders were able to stay I believe simply because they were the upper management’s buddies so much for equal employment opportunities.
